Terms and Conditions

1. You confirm that you are seeking admission at Aamaai Academy of your own free will and interest.

2. You shall be fully responsible for any accident, injury, or mishap occurring to you or caused by you, especially outside the institute premises. Aamaai Academy shall not be held responsible under any circumstances.

3. The student shall be solely responsible for rustication or disciplinary action arising from misconduct, misuse of mobile phones, misuse of the internet, or involvement in any illegal, unethical, or indecent activities. In such cases, no fee refund shall be granted.

4. In the event of your selection in Medical, Engineering Entrance Examinations, NTSE, Olympiads, or similar competitive exams, Aamaai Academy reserves the right to use your name, photograph, and results for publicity and promotional purposes across print and electronic media.

5. Aamaai Academy reserves the right to publish students’ competitive exam results on its website, social media platforms, and other digital or print media.

6. You grant consent to Aamaai Academy to send emails (e-newsletters), SMS alerts, WhatsApp messages (text, images, videos, documents), and other communications to your registered contact details.

7. You acknowledge that you have read and understood all instructions provided in the Information Bulletin or available online and agree to abide by them.

8. Refund responsibility shall arise only after the full course fee paid by the student or parent has been successfully credited to the institute’s bank account. Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed strictly by Aamaai Academy’s refund policy.

9. Each student will be issued an identity (ID) card and must carry it daily while attending classes.

10. If a student remains absent continuously for more than 15 days without prior written intimation or approval, the student shall be deemed expelled. No separate communication will be sent to parents, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

11. Any change in address or contact details must be communicated to the institute office immediately.

12. The institute may assist in facilitating conveyance services; however, all responsibility and liability shall rest solely with the student and/or parents.

13. Students receiving scholarships of 75% or more shall be required to pay a non-refundable kit fee of ₹15,000, in addition to the applicable course fee.

14. Once enrolled, students cannot change, cancel, or transfer their enrolled course/package. After full payment and enrollment, the admission shall be considered final, and no modifications or refunds shall be permitted.

15. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan.

16. Admission is valid only for the ongoing academic year and applies strictly to the year-long program enrolled.

Aamaai Academy – Refund Rules

1. Form fees and kit charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Registration Fee:
   The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.

3. Short-Term Courses:
   No refund shall be provided for short-term classroom or online courses once the student has joined.

4. Online Anushaasan Live Course Refund Policy:

   • Students may claim a full refund within 15 days from the batch start date, excluding the kit amount.

   • No refunds shall be processed after 15 days under any circumstances.

   • The kit amount for the Online Live Anushaasan Program is ₹15,000/-, which is non-refundable.

   • No refunds shall be applicable for payments made via third-party EMI or loan providers.

5. Offline Classroom Course Refund Policy:

   Refund deductions shall apply based on attendance records starting from Day 1, excluding the kit amount and scholarship benefits:

   • Up to 15 days: 20% deduction

   • Up to 30 days: 40% deduction

   • Up to 45 days: 50% deduction

   • Up to 60 days: 60% deduction

   • Up to 90 days: 70% deduction

   • Up to 120 days: 80% deduction

   Kit Charges (Non-Refundable):

   • JEE/NEET, Dhruv Program & Tapasya: ₹15,000/-

   • Foundation Division: ₹10,000/-

   • No refunds shall be granted for EMI or loan-based payments.

   • Refund requests will not be accepted after 120 days from the course commencement date.

Legal & Administrative Notes

• Any legal dispute related to fee refunds shall fall exclusively under Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction.

• All refund-related communications will be handled only via email. Phone calls regarding refunds will not be entertained.
