Aamaai Academy – No Refund Policy
At Aamaai Academy, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling in any program or making any payment, students and parents agree to the following terms:
1. Form / Kit Amount
The amount paid for forms, kits, or study materials is non-refundable in all cases.
Kit amounts once issued or allocated cannot be cancelled or returned.
2. Registration Fee
The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
No refund, adjustment, or transfer is permitted after registration.
3. Course Fees (Online & Offline)
Fees paid for all short-term, long-term, online, offline, live, or classroom courses are non-refundable once enrollment is completed.
No refunds will be provided for partial attendance, non-attendance, dissatisfaction, schedule changes, or personal reasons.
4. Online Live Courses (Including Anushaasan Program)
All payments, including booking amounts and full course fees, are non-refundable.
Kit amounts for online live programs are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after batch commencement, regardless of participation or satisfaction.
5. Offline Classroom Courses
No refund will be granted once the course has started.
Course fees, kit fees, and any other charges are non-refundable, irrespective of attendance duration.
6. EMI / Loan Payments
Payments made through EMI, third-party financing, or loans are non-refundable and non-reversible.
Aamaai Academy is not responsible for any disputes related to EMI or loan providers.
7. General Conditions
Fees cannot be transferred to another student, course, batch, or academic session.
Refund requests will not be accepted in any form, including email or written communication.
Aamaai Academy reserves the right to modify course structure, faculty, schedule, or delivery mode without any refund obligation.

No refund will be provided for any short-term classroom or online courses after enrollment.Online Anushaasan Live Course Fee Refund:
The booking amount of ₹5,000 is fully refundable within 15 days from the batch start date.
If you are not satisfied, you may claim a full refund (excluding the kit amount) within 15 days of your batch start date.
No refunds will be processed after 15 days under any circumstances.
The kit amount for the Online Live Anushaasan Program is ₹15,000/- and is non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for payments made through 3rd-party EMI or loans.
Offline Classroom Course Fee Refund:
Starting from day 1 of attendance, the following deductions will apply (excluding the kit amount):Attendance Duration Tuition Fee Deduction* Up to 15 days 20% Up to 30 days 40% Up to 45 days 50% Up to 60 days 60% Up to 90 days 70% Up to 120 days 80% *Deductions apply to tuition fees without scholarship.
Kit Amounts:
Dhruv Program, JEE/NEET & Tapasya: ₹15,000/- (non-refundable)
Foundation Division: ₹10,000/- (non-refundable)
Refunds are not available for payments made through EMI or loans.
Refund requests will not be accepted after 120 days from the start of the course.
Legal and Administrative Notes:
Any legal matters or disputes related to fee refunds are subject to the jurisdiction of Kota (Rajasthan) only.
Refund requests are handled exclusively via email. Phone calls will not be entertained for the refund process.
